Fogrosa Shipping works on the side of the shipowner and investor.
We assess maritime opportunities, structure transactions, coordinate professional counterparties and independently oversee the execution of the owner’s strategy.
We do not replace the appointed ship manager. We ensure that decisions, costs and performance remain transparent and accountable to the owner.

Where daily technical or operational management is required, we rely on established international partners, including experienced Greek shipping companies with extensive management capabilities across tanker, dry-bulk, gas and specialised vessel segments.
Legal, insurance, classification, valuation and other specialist functions are coordinated with appropriately qualified professional advisers.
Fogrosa Shipping does not replace the ship manager. We ensure that the ship manager remains accountable to the owner.
